I'm glad you've found your way here. Making the decision to explore therapy, whether for yourself or your relationship, is a big first step in the direction of living the life you want. Living life on autopilot can be unfulfilling and lacking in meaning, and because we naturally tend to repeat patterns, breaking free from a rut can be challenging - but not impossible. Whether you find yourself in repetitive patterns with romantic partners, experiencing recurring conflicts in family life, or struggling to find the elusive work/life balance, you're not alone and you're not broken. I specialize in working with individuals and couples like you who are striving to reconcile their past, find meaning in their present, and create a more fulfilling future.

My approach is warm, grounded, insight-oriented, and at your pace. Using primarily a person-centered and eclectic approach, my goal is to help you uncover the patterns, core beliefs, and unhelpful coping strategies that are holding you back in life. Foundations from skill-based approaches, existential philosophy, Internal Family Systems, and The Gottman Method also assist in this process.

Services and Pricing

Individuals

Individual psychotherapy is a space to get curious about your inner world, patterns, relationships, and the parts of yourself that you've had to hide or manage alone. We'll work together to make sense of whats troubling you and create a tailored treatment plan that fosters growth. This process isn't about fixing you, it's about helping you feel more grounded, connected, and aligned with who you are.

Couples

Relationships can be both deeply fulfilling and deeply frustrating. Using tools from the Gottman Method, I help couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and navigate conflict more effectively. Whether you're feeling stuck in old patterns or just want to deepen your connection, therapy can give you a shared space to understand each other better and grow with intention.
